Kristen Stewart, 22 years old sensational starlet, braved yet another red
carpet appearance in a teal shorts and bralet set covered with embellished sheer fabric that left little to the imagination on Thursday night, a creation of Canadian-born fashion designer Erdem.
The actress swept her wavy brunette locks into a ponytail, and wore light make-up that enhanced her youthful glow.Kristen was joined by her co-star Kirsten Dunst at the SVA Theater in Manhattan.
The actress wore a more conservative navy coat dress, stockings and patent leather sandals.
Kirsten, 30, wore her blonde hair waved around her shoulders, and went heavier on the blush and lipstick, in a dark shade of pink. The pair looked happy to be reunited, just an evening after another New York screening of On the Road, where Kristen was seen sporting sheer once again - this time by Catherine Maladrino.
The Twilight star plays opposite a star-studded cast including Amy Adams, Viggo Mortensen, Garrett Hedlund, Elizabeth Moss and Sam Riley in the big screen adaptation of Jack Kerouac's bible of the Beat Generation. Riley and Hedlund were also both at Thursday night's event - both men looking dapper in suits and ties.
Despite the cast of Hollywood faviourites, it was Kristen's nude scenes in the
Walter Salles adventure drama that most quickly caused a stir. Still, the actress has brushed them off as 'no big deal'. The starlet, who plays 16-year-old Marylou, is also seen in a topless scene while sitting in a car next to Garrett Hedlund and English actor Sam Riley.
Stewart told MTV News at this year's Toronto International Film Festival: 'It didn't bother me.' Kristen also recently opened up about her hatred for public appearances in an interview with Marie Claire Australia.
'I'm particularly weird because I don't even like being looked at,' she confessed.
'A lot of actors love it and they love going out and literally doing it as an activity.
'I hate it,' she said.
