The reports published in leading dailies of India has created a stir across
Asia ahead of scheduled release of both the films. Hindustan Times newspaper reported Friday that Devgan sent a legal notice to Yashraj accusing it of pressuring exhibitors to promote its newest film ”Jab Tak Hai Jaan” over Devgan’s latest film ”Son of Sardar.”
Release of both the films coincide with the Hindu festival Diwali.
”Jab Tak Hai Jaan” stars Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and is the last film directed by Yash Chopra, the producer and director who established Yashraj Films. Chopra died last month.
Devgan is also the producer of his film.
