It has been confirmed by filmmaker Rakesh Roshan today that his upcoming
superhero flick, Krrish 3, will be released on November 1 instead of
November 4. The date has been preponed keeping the Diwali date in mind
which falls on November 3.
Senior Roshan, father of lead actor Hrithik Roshan, said, "It was a decision taken by the distributors and exhibitors that the film should come on Nov 1. I agreed with them, so now the movie will release on Nov 1.” He added, "Diwali is coming on a Sunday, so it is good to release the film before that.”
Krrish 3 is the third instalment in the franchise which began with Koi... Mil Gaya in 2003 starring Hrithik, Preity Zinta and Rekha followed by Krrish in 2006 starring the same hero and Priyanka Chopra. The latest addition to the saga, Krrish 3, stars Hrithik in triple roles along with Priyanka, Kangna Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi.
