Cheryl Cole arrived at bandmate Kimberley Walsh's 31st birthday dinner
at upmarket Zuma and stole the show from birthday girl. Cheryl was going hell for leather in a butter coloured dress. The tight leather number from The Row was simply smoldering on her fuming hot body.
Despite temperatures almost at freezing point in the capital Cheryl didn't
bother with a coat and kept her toned legs bare for the bash. The Fight For This Love hitmaker opted for nude stilettos which looked a little small for her feet as she made her way into the restaurant in the £1,800 dress.
Cheryl, whose fly-on-the-wall documentary Access All Areas aired this week, was not accompanied by her US dancer boyfriend Tre Holloway on her rare evening out. Instead it was a girl night and from the sound of it Cheryl, Kimberley and bandmate Nicola Roberts had a great evening. Bandmates Nadine Coyle and Sarah Harding were missing from the Girls Aloud dinner.
Nadine spent the evening at Home House in Portland Square, by no means
a million miles away from her bandmates' choice of destination in Knightsbridge. She wrapped up against the winter cold in a chic black trench coat, which she teamed with burgundy suede knee-high boots and a bright aqua handbag, with her light brunette locks tumbling around her shoulders.
The Northern Irish beauty hugged a male pal as she prepared to depart the venue, before jumping in to a nearby car. And Nadine wasn't the only Girls Aloud member notably absent from the celebrations, with Sarah Harding also seemingly nowhere to be seen. But Kimberley, Cheryl and Nicola certainly didn't let their bandmates' no-show get them down, with the girls treating themselves to a decadent three-course meal and by the sounds of things having an all-round great evening.
Cheryl later tweeted: 'Almost ate myself to death with the girls @KimberleyJWalsh @NicolaRoberts why did we do the desserts?'
She then posed a shot of her looking incredibly gorgeous while Nicola responded: 'I can't even think about it! I feel sick! Help me pls!' and birthday girl Kimberley later wrote: 'Asking myself the same question! Time to undo the leather trousers I think.'
But proud Geordie Cheryl has angered some fans after revealing she only uses American dancers on her tour because 'of the boost they give' and the 'culture difference which brings something new'.
Some fans were angry that the 29-year was proud of her choice to only use American dancers instead of performers hailing from the UK. One shocked viewer wrote on twitter: 'Nice to see Cheryl Cole supporting the English.... all American dancers on her tour.'
Another said: 'To be honest I think @CherylCole should have supported and used British dancers for her first tour instead of American ones!'
During the hour-long show Cheryl happily kissed and cuddled the dancer as he supported her in the lead up to the tour. They were even seen showing off that 'chemistry' as they flirted and chatted behind the scenes. And Cheryl's true feelings were shown on the ITV2 programme as Tre broke his leg just before her first show.
Looking clearly concerned Cole mused: 'He's nervous, it's his life, it's his livelihood. It's like me losing my voice - what would I do?
