Aishwarya Rai's maternity Leave is Over via Karan Johar

Aishwarya Rai, who is heavily planning on a comeback, has chosen to be
mum amid reports that she has been approached by some of the biggest filmmakers, but the word of mouth is that at a recent party Ash and Karan Johar discussed a film that will probably serve as a comeback vehicle for the Bachchan bahu.

Not long back, Aishwarya revealed in an interview that she is reading scripts and would soon return to silver screen, and recently during a press con, she said, “I cannot give you a date. Whenever I am on board for a film I will let you all know.”

It was reportedly during a party organised by Mukesh Ambani recently where Karan and Ash met and discussed business. “Aishwarya was pleasantly surprised with the offer. They spoke at length about the movie that he intends to direct next,” a source is quoted as saying.

Apparently Ash is seriously considering taking up the offer as she is keen to work with Karan for the first time ever, claim insiders. Earlier, there were reports that Karan Johar wants Aishwarya Rai for a remake of Amitabh Bachchan’s classic Bemisal.

It’s been more than a year since the actress gave birth to her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan. A comeback will also mean that Aishwarya Rai’s maternity leave is over, and she is all set to sizzle on screen.
